I'll let Jackson stand as the list is on p1 and it shouldn't be too hard to check it and see what parks are still available.
Secondly, Jackson is not similar to Honolulu at all, so I am pretty confident he wouldn't choose Jackson...
However, we will not keep going until he can correct his pick as there is really no rush at all, since we are still at admin's mercy at this point.

Chicago (US Cellular) - AL North Chicago (Wrigley) is already in the AL. They will not allow both Chicago franchises in the same league. You can put them in either the NL North, NL East, or if you want to stay in the AL you'll have to choose another city.

It looks like it's going to come down to topoftheworld taking Vancouver in the NL North. Seems fitting, since Barrow, Alaska doesn't have a baseball team, and that's the closest thing.
