I would like everyone to make a choice. I am fairly certain what the outcome will be but I may as well get everyone's input so there is no question.
We have owners from all over the place, so no one schedule is going to accommodate everyone.
We HAVE to go with whatever is most convenient for the most owners.
Here are the three choices:
1) 8AM-Midnight Eastern (5AM-9PM Pacific)
2) 9AM-1AM Eastern (6AM-10PM Pacific)
3) 10AM-2AM Eastern (7AM-11PM Pacific)
Please post 1 2 or 3 as your choice.
I am willing to work with everyone on this best as we can.
As I have said many many times, I would prefer to go as slow as we can to ensure no one ever misses a pick. Realistically that could be 3 months though.
I have procured 4 non-world members that are willing to help with proxy picks for those not able to access during their timeslot.
As good as this group as been as a whole, we MAY not have to go to a timed schedule at all. Or we could also consider going to 2 picks per round a bit sooner than 11th round.
Bottom line is we really won't know for sure which way to go until we see how fast/slow the city draft and the two un-timed rounds go. We should have a pretty good idea at that point what we are looking at and can better determine how we should proceed.

3,2,1 , but i am on the pacific time (obviously). With that being said I would reconsider the hours. Perhaps shorten the number of hours in a 24hr period. I think its unfair to expect somebody to have to get up at 5am or 6am as well as have to go to sleep at 2am. People have jobs and lives. We should try to keep it between 7am-11pm no matter what timezone you are from. Whats the difference if it takes a couple of extra days. Personally I would like to see something like 11am est to 11pm est. This 12hours gives us 24 rounds of anything we want to do and the times are not abusive.

Might that be an additional consideration when choosing your franchise? I mean cwaldenj is in Pakistan. topoftheworl is in Alaska. I work evenings and am completely shut out from 3-Midnight. I think I can post the time slots next to the franchises and people can decide what weight to put on that element. |

That would be helpful. good idea dub, can you post to this forum while at work? That will be much more important than the WIS site during the draft. |

That would be helpful. good idea dub, can you post to this forum while at work? That will be much more important than the WIS site during the draft. I am working on it, I'll have it figured out. Worse thing that happens is I have to step out of the building and make my picks from the phone. I see no problems I cant work around |

I have no vote because of my odd work schedule. I will likely be available anytime, but there will be exceptions when I do not have any access.
