The commissioners of both Joey Belle and Regulars have submitted a ticket formally asking for the merger. We did most everything ourselves and admin will simply need to allow it and physically move 6 teams to new divisions.
I will submit a ticket asking for the leftovers as soon as I get a reference # from jjcincy, as davidbutler9 has confirmed with me already, and I want to reference both tickets when I send in mine.

While we are still at the mercy of admin, I have taken the initiative to put all of the players that we would be getting to use for a draft into an excel spreadsheet. Obviously everyone can review and start formulating a draft strategy early, however the main purpose of me posting this here is for everyone to check for PROBLEM CONTRACTS. I am talking about guys who are old and declining yet still are under contract for a few seasons. I don't care how picky you want to be. I'd rather have people flag too many than to miss even one bad contract. Please post here when you come across any player that you'd hate to be stuck with. I am hopeful that if admin allows us to have this world, they can eliminate these bad contracts and have the players just go to the free agent pool. I know they generally fight against adjusting contracts, as it is a bad & cumbersome thing to start doing from their standpoint, but they have done it in the past on a few occasions and in our situation I am confident it will be done. If these P are not drafted, I would not want them on my team for their given price tag.

I have been working on a list also.
While we have this week of waiting on ADMIN, I can join Regulars and check the contract length and if they have an option or not. Since I helped a bunch with the merger process, david said he would check contract lengths for me in Joey Belle. He forgot to include option information though, and I mostly sent him hitters to look up. Once he answers my options question, I will send him the list of pitchers from cwaldenj and myself.
I am hoping for a bit more input from the rest of you, as we've only got this week to check on this kind of stuff (assuming the merger is approved and we are granted a world).
So far from cwaldenj's list I've found:
Dale Ogea & Sid Perkins are in the last season of their contract and have a mutual option. So not a problem at all really.
Harold Warner is in the last season and has a player option. If he doesn't decline (likely won't) that would really hurt @ $15.5M.
Phillip Tucker & Dion Murray are in the last season with no option. 3 mil for Tucker is not too terrible of a handicap, and although 5.2M for Murray is worse, at least he isn't terrible, just a bit overpriced.
Garry Ford, Kevin Laker and Yadier Mondesi are each signed for three seasons, but I would be very surprised if all three weren't drafted.
Still looking into the rest of them.
From Shobob's list:
Bonk Young, Aurelio Cruz and Andrew Garcia are in the last season with no option. Garcia @ 6.8M, Bonk @6.4M and Cruz @ 5.7M would hurt a bit. None of them are very good.
Pedro Sierra has 2 seasons under contract at $10M, I don't know yet if he has an option. Definitely a problem.
Frank Suzuki I am still waiting to hear from david about.
Although I DO want everyone to list ANY and EVERY questionable player, we will not be able to have admin adjust all of them for us.
I am going to start compiling a list of the worst offenders, and we'll see how many there really are that would be too harmful and go from there.

I'll give you Frascatore, but Gomez wasn't worth $15 Mill a year at any point, is 35 and has two years left on his contract.... he's going to be a pretty bad albatross.
