With such an even split I have decided to compromise and keep weekends unscheduled, as well as keeping the 1 hour windows for the entirety of the draft.
This will have us stopping after Monday the 24th of November when we conclude Round 18, and then coming back the Monday after Thanksgiving, the 1st of December, to finish the last two rounds.
We will finish up on Thursday the 4th, and that will still give me three days to cross the t's and dot the i's before hopefully starting the setting of budgets on Monday the 8th.
I will send all the details to everyone over that weekend of the 5th-7th.
With this schedule it would mean that the R5 draft would take place ~ 15th or so, and the Regular season the Monday before Christmas or so.
