A couple of things to consider before selecting:
The two Chicago stadiums may not play in the same league. So if someone picks Cellular and places their team in the NL, you may still choose Wrigley but you MUST place your team in the AL. Same goes for the two NY stadiums.
Be aware to check for what you might consider bad contracts when deciding on a franchise. Anyone not drafted off of your squad is yours to keep.
The numbers listed in the alignment grid below represent the draft slot for the big draft (opposite of the amateur draft order).
When it is your turn you will post which city and division you will be playing in as well as which pick (or slot) you will be taking.
For example, if you have the first pick here and you want to have the first pick in the big draft, you would have to select any city that can be placed in the South and claim AL South slot 3.

Two posts below is a detailed list of the franchises that includes their draft slots; comp picks; as well as current payroll obligations and their likely time slots (EASTERN TIME) for when/if we ever move to schedule with timed draft rounds. 5 of the teams have additional notes which are detailed at the bottom of the post.
Three posts below is an ordered list of all of the owners. As owners make their selection I will cross them off so you may, at a quick glance, know how close it is getting to your pick.
